There are many ways to heal, acceptance of your role in your healing is key. First examine what benefits you may be gaining from you dis-ease. The next thing is to analyse whether it is better to heal in spite of those distorted perceptions.

Let us say you have done this examination and decided to proceed to healing what is troubling you. You might want to start with your diet. It might be starting a meditation practice.
